Delete your account

ENULAR ATELIER LIMITED, the developer of Horse Man. This page is how you ask us to delete your Horse Man account if you no longer have the app.

Request deletion

Send the account email to support@enular.com. We will delete the Horse Man account and the personal data tied to it, including saved progress. You can also delete the account in the game under Settings, then Account, then Delete Account.

Do not include your password. This form does not send anything to our servers. It opens an email to support@enular.com in your mail app.

If that does not open your mail app, email support@enular.com with the subject “Horse Man account deletion request” and the email address on the account.

What we delete

  • Your Horse Man login, including the email address on the account.
  • Gameplay data stored for that account, such as progress, party, inventory, and PvP data.

What we may keep

We may keep a limited record where the law requires it, or where we need it to resolve a dispute, prevent fraud, or keep the service secure. Purchases made through Apple or Google stay with those stores. See the privacy policy for how long data is kept.
